Composed of 303 Stainless Steel the finished thumb screw featured dimensions of 0.625" in diameter and 0.880" in length with a tightest tolerance of ± 0.0005". This high precision project was completed on our advanced CNC Swiss screw machine. Dimensional integrity was verified through in-process inspections including gage and visual inspections as well as our own high standards for manufacturing quality.
