Secondary operations consisted of nickel plating to impart a hard wearing, corrosion resistant surface that would guarantee the performance of this aircraft component. Multiple inspection processes at various points in the production cycle ensured the parts met specification demands.

Production quantity for this project was 180,000 pieces, shipped to the customer in quantities of 30,000 parts a month for six months.
