Ostec Industries is a leader in precision CNC Swiss screw machining of parts with complex geometries and tight close work tolerances. We are capable of turning, milling, drilling, boring, knurling, reaming, broaching, hobbing, and slotting parts with diameters from 0.020" to 1.25" and up to 24" in length. We can either mill threads, providing the flexibility to produce virtually any thread on a range of bar stock, or roll threads, providing a work hardened thread more resistant to damage. Our 7-axis Swiss screw machines are equipped with the most modern CNC technology and automatic magazine bar feeders, allowing us to run our 12 machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We machine a variety of metal and plastic raw materials including difficult to machine super alloys such as Inconel, Monel, and Waspaloy, and can meet close work tolerances as tight as 0.0001". We produce electrical fittings, small medical device components, aerospace components, aircraft pins, fiber optic components, and other precision bushings, pins, and connectors. Typical production sizes range from 500 parts to over a million pieces. Because we have 12 machines that run constantly, we are able to provide our customers with excellent lead times. We also accept blanket orders and provide JIT delivery to ensure our customers get the best service and optimal pricing.
