We fabricated this part from Monel R405, the best choice for Swiss screw machining components that would be exposed to salt, seawater, high temperatures, or acidic conditions. Featuring dimensions of Ø 0.4375" and 3.51" in length, we precision machined the component to within Ø 0.3120/0.3105 tolerances, then deburred and ground it to a highly smooth 12 RMS surface finish. Quality assurance by means of dimensional, visual, and gage inspections validated part integrity.
